Safety Plus is a manufacturer, not a reseller. Fire doors, hose cabinets, DB boxes, racks, lockers and steel furniture are fabricated in our own factory — so we control material, thickness, finish and lead time, and can build to your drawing.

Sheet metal fabrication
Mild steel and stainless steel sheet, typically 1.2–2.0 mm for cabinets and enclosures, cut and formed to drawing.

MIG welding
All seams MIG welded for strength, rigidity and a clean, sealed joint.

Surface pre-treatment
Chemical de-rusting and zinc phosphate conversion coating, so paint bonds to clean steel and resists rust.

Oven-baked powder coating
Durable, bright finish in the full RAL range for doors, subject to quantity.

Fire door construction
50 mm leaves with 1.2 mm skins, mechanically interlocked hemmed edges, welded top and bottom channels, honeycomb or 105–110 kg/m³ rock wool core.

Made-to-drawing
Custom sizes, cut-outs, mounting and colour — from one prototype to a full factory order.
