Safety Plus builds steel fire rated doors in its Demra, Dhaka factory for stair cores, exits, plant rooms, hospitals and warehouses. Every leaf is a 50 mm steel sandwich — two 1.2 mm cold-rolled steel skins mechanically interlocked around a honeycomb or high-density rock wool core — built for fire ratings of up to 180 minutes.
The range covers single leaf (SFD 501), double leaf (SFD 502), stainless steel doors for hospitals and storage (SFD 503), louver doors (SFD 504) and shaft doors (SFD 505), in standard sizes from L 750 × H 2100 mm to L 2200 × H 2400 mm or made to your opening. Our catalogue describes the range as BUET certified — ask for the certificate copy with your quotation.
